REFUND POLICY

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hommeta, we strive to ensure that you receive the product you ordered in top-notch condition. Each item undergoes a thorough quality check before shipment and warrants your inspection and signature upon delivery. However, if you find any defect in your Hommeta product, please read our policy for further details.

We encourage customers to study product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit through doorways. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges in such cases.

Our Refund Policy


We accept replacement or refund requests for defective items within 10 days of Delivery. If your request is made after 10 days, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. We do not entertain returns or exchanges for a ‘change of heart.’

For merchandise picked up from your home, the refund will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your pickup location, this process may take up to 30 days. To be eligible for a return, refund, or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Damaged items must have a verifiable manufacturing defect that occurred before receipt of the product.

The refund will only be processed upon verification of the manufacturing defect. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt, is required.
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 

Refunds
Once your return request is received along with proof and reason for the refund, we will send you an acknowledgment email. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 days of approval. If the product is returned, the shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount, and the remaining sum will be refunded to the source account.

Refund Not Received
If you don’t receive the refund within 45 days, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing may take additional time. Alternatively, contact us at sales@desspacio.com or +91 73023445099.

Exchanges
We only replace items with manufacturing defects. Exchanges are available for a new piece of the same item within 30 days of purchase.

Items on Sale
Returns or exchanges are not offered on discounted or sale items.

Gifts
Items marked as gifts at the time of purchase will be refunded as credit on your gift card.

Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
The time taken for the exchanged product to be delivered will depend on your geographic location.

Our Cancellation Policy
Once your purchase is completed, we cannot accommodate cancellation or change requests (except as covered by our warranty policy). We request that customers be present during delivery to inspect the purchase.

The price at the time of purchase is final and cannot be changed. Price changes or sale offers occurring between order placement and delivery cannot be foreseen, and we cannot refund the difference.
